Oranje Zwart – The nicest table tennis club in Haarlem Noord

Who are we?

The Oranje Zwart Table Tennis Club has been around for over 80 years and is a friendly table tennis club in Haarlem Noord. Both beginners and advanced players enjoy playing together.
We currently have 8 competitive players and about 16 recreational players. They love to relax and socialize over a cup of coffee or a soft drink after a game of table tennis. The sporting and social aspects blend together seamlessly. We also organize various activities, such as the Easter tournament, the Christmas tournament, the club championships, and an annual outing.

Everyone is welcome to drop by anytime to hit a few balls and get a feel for the atmosphere!

Location and Times

OranjeZwart plays in a gym on Johan de Meesterstraat (behind Planetenlaan, next to De Zonnewijzer elementary school and opposite to flat nr. 25) in the Sinnevelt neighborhood of Haarlem-Noord.

During playing season we are open every Tuesday evening starting at 8:00 p.m. for recreational and competitive players. Summer break is normally from June to August, winter break December to January. Home matches for the NTTB table tennis league take place on Friday evenings starting at 8:00 PM. Recreational players are welcome during the Friday games as long as agreed in advance.

Membership Fees

Is this your first time at Oranje Zwart? If so, your first two game nights are free. Would you like to become a member? Please contact our secretary.
The membership fee for 2026 is €160 per calendar year for recreational players and €200 per year for competitive players. This amount includes NTTB membership and insurance.
Would you like to play without becoming a member? (without insurance, so at your own risk). That’s possible too! In that case, we charge €10 per evening.
